But without adequate lab infrastructure and commercialization support, the state becomes an R&D incubator for other states’ economies, bearing the cost of innovation development while losing the economic benefits when companies relocate to grow.
New Mexico Venture Studios addresses this gap with a comprehensive venture studio model: IP-centered infrastructure design, integrated support services from concept through commercialization, and capital partnerships that don’t require relocation. We embed New Mexico startups into a global startup ecosystem that provides increased visibility, customer base and investment opportunities.

Our team has conducted comprehensive analysis of facility requirements and current market conditions. We've lined up all required vendors to build out the interior of our flagship location in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Here we’ll begin to develop our vision of world-class lab space tailored for life sciences, deep tech and advanced manufacturing.

We have immediate traction with 6 startup companies ready for immediate move-in (est. early Q3 2026) and 6 additional companies committed when facility improvements are complete. This validated market demand demonstrates the critical need for our specialized infrastructure in New Mexico.
